Richard "Dick" SimmondsDick Simmonds is the founder and President of Natureline Solutions. Dick has had a diverse career in law and business, extending over more than 30 years. Earlier in his career, Dick practiced as a lawyer and Senior Partner at one of the largest law firms in the city.
His career has included being the founder and president of a national franchise company, with offices across Canada; the president of a private real estate development company, with assets in five southwest U.S. states; and vice-president of a private financial services company. He has also consulted to a number of companies, both public and private, specializing in finance and business development, including companies in the network distribution business. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Economics and Commerce) from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of British Columbia.
Dick brings 30 years of professional business experience to Natureline. His legal, administrative and marketing expertise will insure that the Company's business will be held to the highest professional and ethical standards while it pursues the collective goal of making a positive contribution to personal health and the environment, and maximizing its full business potential to offer both personal satisfaction and significant financial opportunity. Mark has worked as a research chemist for a Fortune 500 company, a management consultant for one of the "big three" global accounting firms and has extensive experience in manufacturing, product development, branding, IT and logistics.
He has 15 years of successful corporate leadership in the network distribution field ranging from all aspects of legal and financial work, new product design, comp plan development, modeling and implementation. IT integration, Social Media strategies and duplicating training systems.
Mark has a chemistry degree with honours from the University of Manchester's Institute of Science and Technology, and an MBA from one of the UK's most prestigious institutions, Durham University's Business School. Close |

Ved NikolicVed's background is in international trade and law and he has in depth experience in distribution, logistics, online application development and information technology. During his tenure with Natureline Solutions he has performed a key role in the launch of 17 new products and three Natureline brands. Ved has identified opportunities, researched new product possibilities, collaborated with development teams and created launch campaigns. He has also established product selection and pricing while assisting in web site promotions and in communicating marketing programs.
His knowledge of international business environments as well as international supply chain requirements has enabled the quick setup of Natureline offices in countries outside of Canada.
Ved continues to expand Natureline's reach and has recently returned from developing a distributor team and corporate office in one of the biggest markets in the world, India. Close |

She started and led the distributor support team in its infancy and is now further developing the team and training the international teams. Using statistics and marketing strategies to increase product and company awareness, Trudy has been successful in increasing both sales and retention.
